Apple TV‘s gripping crime thriller Lucky aired its seventh episode, “All Good Things,” on Wednesday, August 19. And because viewers know that “All Good Things” come to an end, when the credits roll on the eventful installment, they’ll be left wondering if Lucky is over…
Lucky Episode 7 picked up after one heck of a cliffhanger. As promised, Lucky (Anya Taylor-Joy) navigated an “explosive confrontation” with Priscilla Masterson (Annette Bening) and Wayne Whittaker (William Fichtner). John Armstrong’s (Timothy Olyphant) fate was revealed. And Agent Rand’s (Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor) case took an unexpected turn…
There’s a clear sense of closure for characters and viewers alike at the end of “All Good Things,” but it’s not every day you come across a seven-episode season. So is Lucky Season 1 really over? And if so, will there be a Lucky Season 2 on Apple TV? Or is Lucky a limited series?
Here’s everything to know about the future of Lucky, including episode count, Season 2 info, and more.
Will There Be A Season 2 of Lucky On Apple TV? Or Is Lucky A Limited Series?
Curious if Lucky‘s Season 1 finale marked the end of our time with Lucky, Priscilla, and John, or if the Apple TV series is returning for a Season 2? From the start, Lucky was marketed as a limited series. Apple TV also called Episode 7 the “series finale” and referred to it as “the gripping conclusion of limited series Lucky,” so as it stands right now, there won’t be a Season 2.
How Many Episodes Are In Lucky Season 1?
Season 1 of Lucky consists of seven episodes. Not eight episodes, not 10 episodes, only seven!
Will There Be A Lucky Episode 8 On Apple TV? Or Is Lucky Over?
Sadly, no. Lucky Episode 7, “All Good Things,” which aired on Wednesday, August 19 (or Tuesday, August 18 if you watched ASAP), served as the Season 1 and series finale.
