We wish we could say that Season 3 of Landman is just around the corner. But, sadly, we can’t. On the bright side, a slew of popular Paramount+ shows are about to return with new episodes.
The second season of Tom Hardy’s beloved crime drama MobLand debuts in less than a week, and new seasons of Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King and Dexter: Resurrection will premiere in October. We’re still waiting to hear when The Madison and Dutton Ranch will return for their previously announced second seasons.
If you’re looking for something to watch while you wait for more Landman, Team Decider recommends the addictive Timothy Olyphant-led crime drama Justified (Hulu/Disney+), Sneaky Pete (Prime Video), star-studded 2015 thriller Bloodline (Netflix), and Dark Winds (AMC+, Netflix).
When can you expect new installments of Landman to drop on Paramount+? Here’s everything we know about the Landman Season 3 release date.
Is Landman New This Weekend?
Sadly, no. The Season 2 finale of Landman premiered January 18, 2026, on Paramount+.
Will There Be A Season 3 Of Landman? Landman Season 3 Renewal Status:
Of course! The second season of Landman was a streaming phenomenon. Based on the show’s success, Paramount renewed the series for Season 3 in December 2025.
When Does The Third Season Of Landman Come Out? Landman Season 3 Release Date Info:
We still don’t have an official release date, but we do have an idea of when to expect new episodes. Back in late July, James Jordan, who plays Dale on Landman, told Decider that production on Season 3 would start in “about a month.”
“I get messages on Instagram every day asking about Landman,” Jordan said. “We know that the audience cannot wait. We’re going to get to work on that and try to get it out as soon as we can.”
Related, Jane Wiseman, the EVP and Head of Originals at Paramount+, recently told Deadline that Sheridan is still writing Landman. Production on Landman Season 3 is scheduled to continue through early 2027, so our best guess is that the third season will debut in mid-to-late 2027 on Paramount+.
